Anzeigentext: | The DIPF | Leibniz Institute for Research and Information in Education offers empirical research, digital infrastructures and knowledge transfer activities to tackle challenges in education. Located in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, DIPF processes and documents knowledge of education and thus supports scientists, politicians and practitioners in education. At DIPF, the Cognitive Development unit at the Department for Human Development will be participating in the LOEWE Centre DYNAMIC and thus seeks to appoint a Head of junior research group Full time, initially for 39 months and possibly longer. Salary corresponding to EG 14 TV-H, collective bargaining agreement in Hesse. The post is located in Frankfurt am Main. The LOEWE Centre DYNAMIC Network Approach of Mental Health to Stimulate Innovations for Change uses dynamic network models to aim at a new understanding of mental disorders and their treatment. The Department for Human Development assesses individual and differential developments of individual people in educational contexts. The Cognitive Development unit investigates multivariate dynamics of change processes by conducting empirical studies on the intra-individual variability of cognitive achievements and emotional well-being and relevant influential factors in daily (school) life. Following a positive evaluation of the LOEWE centre and this project in particular, a three-year extension period of the project and possible permanent appointment are envisaged.
